Russian guy, oops not really russian but half russian since the main character has a Japanese dad ... wait ! he look totally european.. i means not just the face, but the hair is blonde and eyes are blue ...he cannot be half asian but totally European .... ohoh, may be his dad isn't really Mitsumasa Kido...ah nevermind...
Cool style of special attacking skill..... all the hits he does are all about ice, cold, freezing, snow ... which he learn from the Aquarius Gold Saint Camus ( yes they both use same skill...remember that ' absoulty zero degree!!' thing? hehe ) ....when i was in primary school this animation was on TV,one thing I really remember he look like dancing before he do the special skill attack .. haha now I see the DVD again was so funny ...
Who is important for him was somebody who dead ... his mom Natassia(russian chick) ..She dead in the accident- the ferry sunk and she dead in the cold sea deep down under sibera (Titanic) ...he always talk about his mom and think of her, ok he is a good kid but he seems just cant move on ... his teacher ( in animation they made him grand teacher which i really dont like, they were so closed ! TV made them like they doesnt really know eachother ),Camus, made the ferry sunk into the most deep side in the sea so this little Hyoga cannot swim there and see his mom dead body anymore ( because it was too cold so his mom stay the same beautiful as she just dead )....and vice versa...
But after that seems his teacher Camus became very important to him too..he respected him, love him ( im sure not just to me, but to many people they sounds abit ... well....gay.) but at the same time they have to fight ( read the comic why ok) and finally he killed him....very sad huh? but this is not the end ... another person that Hyoga really care about, his really good friend Issac also killed by Hyoga .... poor guy! people he loved all dead and he has to kill some of them ... !!
Even he met Camus again at the final chapter as some dead Gold Saints has to 'rebirth' and against Athena etc, the time was just so short .. and at the end Hyoga ran to hold Camus one last time, but he disappered before Hyoga reach him ... argh....sad.
