wake up at the morning - I told myself :
"even you are sad, you are here already ...... try to head up and enjoy the trip even this is impossible to not be sad! "

Then i started to visit the stuff with my map - the first thing i visited was Sagrada familia. after that I went to Parc Guell actually t hat day i mainly visited Parc Guell.

Out side Parc Guell also some nice things to see. you need to go up and up....elevator is available, no need to be scare - but the elevator in Spain is like that : looks like not working. when you step on it, its works. (because your weight " press down" the actuate under the elevator step.) clever way to save the energy!

when I walked pass the "local" Spainish food shop... i want to try the food there more than go to the one have English menu.. but i dont speak Spainish - then i tried that, and it works --I walked inside the shop. the lady see me, she have a "thing" on her face like telling me " oops i dont speak English!" then I gave a signal by gesture meant :i want pen and paper. she was feeling weird and gave paper to me - guess she was thinking " if she going to write spanish now? "

of course not - i draw a euro symbol and the arrow and put infront of the food i want to ask her how much - she understand and tell me - the food is CHEAP and NICE! :-D the spanish are very funny, its was lunch time but they dance in the shop and the lady do sing very well ( latino style ) good food and free music show, great lunch.

I walked to another hostel that i will stay in the next day just to see where is this excatly - it was next to the beach, very nice one, then go to Montjuic (on foot) -this is a mountain with many famous sight seeing spot, like the Estadi Olimpic, Poble Espanyol etc.

when i asked people to help me to take a photo, this spanish guy asked me if i'm from Thailand. umm i usually be misunderstood as japanese and if he can see i have thai blood he is a "super".he was in Barcelona for look for a job. i told him i was traveling.

When i leave the Estadi Olimpic, i saw an old couple looks like playing tennis - but they have nothing in her hands. I realized they were just pretend - may be try to pick up old memories. than i pretend scare of the ball will shoot right on my head (put my hands behind my head) and run - they were very happy and clap their hand to me :-)

going around the city alot. went to many place that day and i can't put all the photos here ( i didn't scan some though)

one thing, there were PLENTY of alleycat in Barcelona. really everywhere - i saw on old guy gave some fish(can) to the cat - the big cat came so the small one couldn't eat, so he kicked them ( !!! ) ...than the kitten can eat some. I was very blue at that time - when i saw some cats beg for food and some were blind/legs broken i was really want to cry ( and tears already )...

go around city centre - really centre coz i went to Las Rambla - a shopping street, sooo many people - and you can always see people doing show (like throwing the fires stick ...)on the street for money. i meant you can see people play music in the metro or in the train in France alot for earn money, but not much as do a show like that. also alot of living sculptrue..

one thing really supprise me is the people do the art on the street - the art are much better than Montmartre in Paris, but Montmartre was much more famous than Las Rambla ( at least in Asia I would say people know Montmarktre but not Las Rambla)

I had been searching a boots for a long time - not just want them when i went to Europe, but I already want it in HK. I finally got it in Spain! things in Spain is cheaper than France/Italy that's for sure, but not in Las Rambla - very expensive.

then i go and found out the bus to go to airport - also visited around of course. its really amazing coz all the shop closed on Saturday and Sunday and around 7pm during the week .. how can they make money??? i had a nice tea set by the way.
