The way I went to Chaing Mai was only by myself, Pune have to back to work in Bangkok a day before, So I took an hour bus from her home to go to the terminal in Chaing Rai and took another 3 hours bus to Chaing Mai - and I forgot my passport in Pune's house in Bangkok :-| its cause me some trouble but all solve out later - just one thing when I was in the bus from Chaing Rai to Chaing Mai some police stopped the car and they ask for ID card -- fook that I dont have a thai ID card and my passport were in Pune's house .. what to do ? everyone took their ID card out and police look at all them .. so I just try .. took my HK ID card out and show them .. they didnt really look and let me go ... Thanks God / Buddha !

Chaing Mai is a beautiful city thats for sure - but too big to visit and not converenice as in Bangkok, they have no taxi and BTS but only tuk tuk and songtell ... ah doesnt matter. Pune's friend Yui were with me anyway, and I can speak enough Thai to get around ...

After a few days there visit many stuff I back to Bangkok by myself - took a 14 hours train ( sleeping train ) and taxi and BTS and songtell to back to Pune's apartment ....... after around a week more time in Bangkok and went crazy partying ( aww one night was in a party of half french and half thai people but ran into asshole and got police come up saying negibour were complaining ..) than I back to Hong Kong ...
